CentrePoint Corp CIC is offering different consulting services to help corporations and businesses to better attract, hire and integrate disabled people into their work force. Some of our consulting packages are:

• Job Carving - Job carving is where a job is “carved” from existing work profiles to fit the needs of a new employee from a disadvantaged background needing special support (proposal ‘how to’ available).

• Baseline Assessments - (curriculum wide from Pre-Entry Levels and above) for various areas of competencies with follow – up Quantitative Outcome Analysis (QOA) once criteria for performance have been determined. This is a key service/tool effective at tracking/showing Distance Travelled regarding attainment both for Learners with Learning Difficulties and / or disabilities (LLDD) and their non disabled peers.

• Available are Work /Life Ready Baseline Assessments consistent with a set of criteria agreed by Employers across industries. These skills are necessary for coping with personal and work life and are therefore a great measure for success and for informing good practice and curriculum development in training and educational settings. This service/tool can further the various Employability initiatives launched regionally and nationally by the government.
