"CentrePoint exist to push social, emotional and economic prosperity for the disabled"
Our main aim is to promote community integration and employability where appropriate through contextualised vocational programmes - "Building stronger communities one learner at a time". We offer out of term time (short-breaks and sitting services) programmes wherein individuals including those with profound complex and multiple learning difficulties (PCMLD) have the opportunity to develop social and communication skills as well as practical skills and knowledge useful for leading a more independent and active life including preparation for transition to work where appropriate.
In so doing we will work in partnership with other service providers including statutory organisations to ensure that all specialist input and resources are accessible to achieve progression.
